Johnny is able to handle all your Commercial Business

Contractors and Manufacturers Johnny brings a variety of
insurance options, which can be tailored to best fit
your company’s insurance needs. Johnny’s education also
includes, graduating from the University of North
Alabama with a B.S. Degree in Business Management.
Johnny currently serves as Vice President, for the
Professional Independent Insurance Agents of Northern
Illinois. |

Kelly
Casazza, CLCS - Commercial Producer
Kelly has been in sales since 2001 after graduating
college from Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida. She
earned her B.S. in Business Management and a Minor in
Art & Design. Kelly’s effectiveness in past Sales
Management positions with the PGA and bebe shows she has
a proven track record to lead her sales team to be one
of the top producing stores in the country. She joined
Broadmoor’s Commercial Business Department in 2010 and
has completed her Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist
designation.

Pat
Casazza - Commercial Producer
Pat has been at the Broadmoor Agency since 1988 where
she started in the Customer Service department of the
Life & Health department. After a few years, she became
a Producer in That department. Later, Pat started
selling Commercial & Personal Insurance. Pat is now a
full service agent. Pat is also involved with the
Ambassador Club of the Rockford Area Chamber of
Commerce, as well as sitting on the Advocacy Board for
the Ethic Heritage Museum. |

Nate joined the Broadmoor team in our Commercial
Business Department in 2009. He has since earned a
Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist certification.

Karen began her Insurance career over 30 years ago. She
has continued her education by completing several
classes including INS 21, 22 & 23, CIC parts 1 & 2 and
part one of the CPCU. Karen also handles the Bond
Accounts for the Agency. |

Service Representative
Reva began working as an accountant for the insurance
industry in 1997. She decided to expand her education in
2005, and became licensed in Property and Casualty
Insurance. She joined the Broadmoor Team in March of
2009. She is a dedicated member of the Commercial Lines
Customer Service team and is available to assist our
clients to exceed their expectations. |

Lancaster - Commercial Lines Property & Casualty
Customer Service Representative
Dixie has been serving the insurance industry since
1978. She obtained her Property and Casualty license in
1982. Dixie has a strong background in commercial lines
and believes in supporting her clients to the best of
her ability as the most important aspect of her job.

Service Representative
Cindy graduated from Robert Morris College majoring in
Hospitality. She has been licensed in the Property &
Casualty lines since 2002. She brings with her, the
knowledge of working with large and small commercial
customers and enjoys servicing all types of businesses
with their day to day insurance needs. Cindy joined the
Broadmoor team in 2009. |

Hidden - Personal Lines Producer
Ron started in the industry in 1970 working for American
Family Insurance, where he won many district awards
including “state agent of the year”. Upon joining the
Broadmoor Agency in 1998 Ron has specialized in Personal
Lines including Auto, Home, Life & Health. Ron’s
knowledge and understanding of his clients needs makes
him a valuable asset to you. Ron would appreciate the
opportunity to add you to the Broadmoor Family. Ron also
serves on the Board of Deacons at Faith Center Church
for the last 14 years and is currently on the Board of
Bell Harbour’s Condo Association. |

Bob graduated from Northern Illinois University in 1976
with a B.S. degree in Management. Prior to joining the
Broadmoor Team in 2002, Bob obtained his license with
Mutual of Omaha. Today Bob tailors insurance packages to
meet his customers' needs. Bob is an exceptionally
"people friendly" person. |

Kathy joined the Broadmoor Team in 2004 after spending
several years in the banking industry. She obtained her
Property & Casualty license in 2004 and has been a
Customer Service Representative since then. |

Nicole graduated Illinois State university with a
double major in finance and insurance in 2004. She

Nicole joined Broadmoor Agency in the Spring of 2009.
She is a graduate of Marquette University where she
earned her B.S. degree in Business. Before relocating
back to her hometown of Rockford, she earned her Life,
Accident/Health insurance license and started her own
Life Insurance Brokerage. She is here to service any of
your health and life insurance needs. Nicole also holds
her Property and Casualty license. |
