Dixie Lancaster

Dixie has been serving the insurance industry since 1978. She obtained her property and casualty license in 1982. Dixie has a strong background in commercial lines and believes that supporting her clients to the best of her ability as the most important aspect of her job. This is what has made her successful which is why she has recently been promoted to Senior Commercial Account Manager in 2017. Having a big family has kept her heart open to the needs of others. Dixie goes out of her way to volunteer at the local food pantry in Rockford. We feel you will be pleased with her customer service skills.
